Today we went to the Missouri Botanical Garden with several gals from the church. I enjoyed visiting with a couple I didn’t know very well before and the weather was absolutely perfect for the visit!
Here’s what we do with the rowdy kids. You know, church discipline, or something.

Half-Pint House 
looks like a lot of fun! it’s nice to meet new people & get the conversation going right away.
sometimes when i see pictures of other kids playing i picture my own kids in the scene…and i know what annabelle would be doing: enjoy getting her hands dirty but then would devise a way to create a moist towelette from scratch, dip it into that water, and clean her hands…and then i see violet, knee deep in mud in each/every scenario, with mud all over her white face, her white-blonde hair speckled with mud, as well.
