Closet Heaven

Craig just posted pics of the five houses we put on the list of consideration this week in Oklahoma City. My vote really is for the last one because it’s Closet Heaven.

Small and few closets have always been my housing lot in life and, in addition to having a bedroom for every girl, there are closets ALL OVER THE HOUSE. I’m in love.

Anyway, check out our Oklahoma City housing options and cast your own vote.

    Hi Megan,
My name is Tracy Catron. When we both lived in Co Springs, you sent my husband Andy and I a newsletter and it mentioned your blog. I’ve been reading and enjoying your writing ever since, but I’ve never written to you before. I really feel like I should now. Did you know that Andy grew up in Oklahoma City, and that his mother and two sisters still live there. Andy’s youngest sister Jill is a homeschooling mother of two daughters, 16 and 13, and her husband is an Oklahoma City police officer. I just spoke to them and Jill would be glad to talk to you, if you would like, and her husband Faus said he would be glad for me to give you his cell phone number also. Please let me know. They would be glad to help you with information about your move.

Hey Tracy! That’s hilarious. I’ve wondered off and on over the years what became of your family. Around the time we were moving it seems you all made a major change too, right? Where are you now? What’s going on with the Catrons?
I really appreciate this info and will pass it on to Craig. Maybe an email address for your sister would be a great place to start? My email is: halfpinthouse at gmail dot com
So glad you left a comment tonight! Hope all is well with you and yours.

Hi Megan! I am Tracy Catron’s sister-in-law, Jill. I posted on your husband’s blog instead of yours…oops! I would be glad to talk to you about your choice of houses and I actually know the owners of house #5!

I happen to know that there is a house in our neighborhood that will be going up for sale very soon. They never last for more than a few days here because of we are rural, but only 1 mile from I-35 (20 minutes from middle of downtown). Based on what you are looking at, it may push your price range, but the lady currently living there does interior design and has really did it up. Built in 2008. Just FYI – in case your girls wanted to be close to some great babysitting jobs!

That is “done” it up nicely. Just had a few interruptions while typing, including a child with wet pants. So, just kindly overlook it this time! 😉
